"It all started when I had my first bite as I watched another one spinning in the oven, spreading the sweet- spicy hot fragrance of its cinnamon all over the Christmas Market in Berlin. I knew then, that waffles and crepes are not as exciting anymore. We need something new, Chimney cakes!! That is when my husband and I decided to bring it to Amman, all the way from Budapest.Armed with the orginial recipe, I started trying it out in many events in Amman before my little shop opened on 29/9/2019. My goal is to have everything homemade, freshly baked, served with passion and love. One year later, while still struggling with breast cancer, I am still committed to providing everyone with the same experience I enjoyed in Berlin back in 2017."

We’re a family business, we are passionate about baked goods and sweets, and we don’t mind shouting it out so the whole world can hear us! Our Pastry Shop was founded in 2018 by Joman Jbour, and we’ve been committed to serving up delicious goodies to all of our customers ever since.
We bake with the best quality ingredients, and everything we bake tastes amazing. Many of our fillings and sauces are truly homemade. We also cater special events and fill custom orders. Give us a call to find out more about how we can help.

Evi's Chimney Cake started with the passion to provide something different and new. it started with Chimney Cakes and grew to something more. With a deep respect for fine ingredients and quality goods, Evi's Chimney Cake has quickly become one of Amman residents’ favorite spots for fresh baked treats. We love what we do, and it shows in all of our craft, as our customers can taste the Evi's Chimney Cake difference.
